All applicants are screened using the same criteria in compliance with the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (RLTO), and applicable fair housing laws.

  • Income: Verifiable income of at least 2× the monthly rent ($3,600/mo minimum)
  • Credit Score: 600 or above preferred; applicants below 600 may still be considered with an increased move-in fee
  • Eviction History: No prior evictions
  • Bankruptcy: No open or recent bankruptcies
  • Credit & Background Check: Required for all adults (18+) selected to move forward
  • Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8): Accepted

  3. Submit your application along with all required supporting documents
  4. If selected to move forward, we will contact you to complete the full screening process
